An individual diary is used to provide an excellent method of communication between the teachers and parents. A key worker system is in place so that when a child arrives at nursery they will be assigned a key teacher which helps children become independent, confident and ensures their individual needs are recognised and met. We have regular parent’s evenings to update parents’ on their child’s progress. We operate an Open Door policy so that parents can come and observe their child in the nursery environment at anytime as long as it doesn’t disrupt the other children. Parents are welcome to stay to help settle their children when they begin nursery.
